Richard has 17 years' experience in performing audit and assurance services with international accounting and consulting firms, together with ten years of private
industry experience.

Richard’s industry experience comprises a broad range of sectors including energy and energy services, manufacturing and distribution, construction and retail. He served as Director - Financial Reporting for Halliburton Company, Vice President - Financial Reporting of a Fortune 1000 company, and Vice President & Corporate Controller for a $500 million public company. With this experience, Rich is well-suited to providing audits and assurance consulting services such as financial reporting (SEC) consulting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, merger and acquisition due diligence, controllership functions and project management.

Rich will be the lead partner for HDTW's Houston, Texas office and will lead the firm's Oil & Gas, Chemical Industry and Manufacturing Industry client service teams. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
