Zenergy Gym offers different types of training, accommodating customers’ preferences and particularities: one-on-one personal training, group classes and Crossfit Zenergy. Customers have the possibility to choose their personal trainer from a team of highly experienced specialists.
The personal training sessions last for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on each customer’s preference. Once a customer opted for the personal training program, all the planning of the fitness sessions goes to the personal trainer that will come up with an individualized program with a weekly planner to follow. Personal training session also include nutrition suggestion and full support of all parts of your program. Monthly results reviews are included to ensure that the customers are on the right track and at the end of each training session, the customers will enjoy a relaxing two minutes head and shoulders massage.
Zenergy Gym also provides access to 30 training group classes that are available both outside and inside: interval running sessions, threshold, cross fit, turbo, recharge, demolition martial arts. The group classes are scheduled throughout the day, offering to customers the possibility to train, to stay healthy and in shape even during their busiest day. Group classes are available early mornings, during lunch time and after-work time plus Saturday mornings. The Unlimited Access Membership offered by Zenergy Gym ensures great value for the money, the customers having the possibility to attend to as many classes as they want, all week long.
