Billie Redmond Named To Raleigh Area Development Authority Board President Of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties Named To Board

Raleigh, NC – Billie Redmond, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has been named to the Raleigh Area Development Authority Board. Redmond will join the board in analyzing imbalances in local businesses, particularly in
Southeast Raleigh. The Raleigh Area Development Authority Board was formed in April to increase capital for small businesses and finance market-rate housing. It is the goal of the Board to raise and invest $100 million from banks, federal agencies, pension and insurance funds in the next 10 years to revitalize Southeast Raleigh.
