Mark Howe Brokers Oaks Of Northgate Apartments Deal
RALEIGH, N.C.
– Mark Howe, CCIM, Commercial Investment Broker for Coldwell
Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, represented the buyer in
the purchase of the Oaks of Northgate Apartments in Durham, N.C.
The 322 apartment units sold for
approximately $6.7 million. The apartments, formerly known as Palm
Park Apartments, sit on 26 acres of land located near Interstate
85 and Northgate Mall. This location offers residents easy access
to the 501 Bypass, Durham Regional Hospital and Rock Quarry Park.
