Press Release Body = July, 2005 - Interactive Networks Inc., announces the release of Instan-t 4.5, a mayor update of its line of instant messaging (IM) solutions. New features include voice and video chat developed using the latest streaming technology from Macromedia Flash Communication Server.

With Instan-t, small and medium enterprises can easily have their own private and secure IM network. Instan-t not only has all the basic instant messaging features like contact list management, multiple presence statuses and file transfer but also includes advanced communication and collaboration features like the ability to make sales or training presentations over the internet by sharing the computer screen.

Instan-t also allows controlled communication with all the mayor public IM networks including AOL, ICQ, MSN and Yahoo IM networks. All messages exchanged both within the private network and with the public IM networks can be centrally archived in the server for auditing purposes and to comply with NASD, SEC & NYSE mandates.By integrating with Active Directory, LDAP or NT Domain, Instan-t can be quickly deployed in an organization since employees keep the same user identity they already have. A complete web based Administration Console is also included to manage all aspects of the IM network.

Instan-t is offered in both a server model and a hosted (ASP) model. Four editions are available with different sets of features to adapt to the needs and budget of each organization. Pricing starts at $ 595 for 100-user standard edition server or $13 per month for 10-user hosted standard edition solution.
