DENVER—July 14, 2005—Investment Property Funding (IPF) announces the promotion of Bill Camara from Senior Accountant to Managing Accountant.

Camara came to IPF with a wealth of experience, including positions at Time Warner Cable, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, INVESCO Funds Group, and L.R. Compton II, LLC, CPAs.

Bill Camara received his bachelor of science in Accounting at Metropolitan State College of Denver.
