Directors. As a member of this board, Kasoff will bring her skills

Voice-Tel of Central Michigan and Voice Response Corporation. Kasoff
expanded her business internationally by opening
Voice-Tel of Australia that included 11 offices throughout Australia
and New Zealand. She is currently the president and co-founder of
GrassRoots Impact, Inc. that is a public policy strategies firm
whose mission is to connect corporate America and political leaders
to small business owners. For several years Kasoff has been an active
supporter not only of small businesses, but women in business in
particular. She is the Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer and
Co-Founder of the non-profit public policy organization Women Impacting
