Claire Driscoll Adds New Application To Their Patient Recruitment
Process

firm has introduced a new application, NEXUS, to their patient recruitment
process. NEXUS is the application used by CD&A agents to capture
caller data, determine caller eligibility, report data, and track
patients and provide site support.
The system provides
easy, user-friendly access for agents on calls to improve their
relationship with the caller. Information is at their fingertips,
so questions are answered quickly and thoroughly with no guessing.
NEXUS incorporates call recording so that every call is recorded
for quality assurance purposes.
