Computer Using Educators Elect New Officers, Planning Expansion of Member Services

school year.

The newly-elected officers of the CUE Board of Directors are: Scott Smith, President, Chuck Holland, Vice President/Treasurer, Debra White, Secretary. Hall
Davidson and Jan Half continue to serve as Members at Large. The new members are Doug Prouty and Sharon Sutton, replacing departing members Harvey Barnett and Katherine Hayden, each of whom served as Board President during their term. More

CUE will soon be launching several new programs, including a professional development series for educators to support the effective use of technology in the curriculum, a new podcast featuring student voices, a new Special Interest Group focused on the needs of independent, private and parochial schools, a redesigned web site and email newsletter.

Computer-Using Educators (CUE), Inc., is a nonprofit California corporation founded in 1978. CUE's goal is to promote the integration of technology in the classroom in all disciplines and at all educational levels from preschool through college. With an active current membership of thousands of educational professionals, CUE supports 20 regional affiliates and four Special Interest Groups, and presents a statewide educational technology conference each year.
