Greeting to all of you.
Before I pursue this email, I would like to send my "thank
you" to international press that release my news and news station
with the freedom of press and expression.
I had felt very dissappointed on the Malaysia or Singapore's press
as they had disclose all the issue that I had rised over the past
weeks. RWB (Malaysia) is a giant company and press afraid to publish
out the truth of people feeling after incident. If they publish
out this article, they might not get the business from RWB or Genting
Group as we called it buyer. "Is there a freedom of expression
in Malaysia" and "truth citizen is more important or giant
company is more important"
vice versa to life too?

and International Newspaper
Dear Chief Editors,
As attached (http://www.geocities.com/mobilesmsmy/Genting.html)
is the injury pictures, police reports, my letters to Resorts World
Berhad (RWB) and the reply from the Resorts World Berhad.
After the robbery and stabbed incident, I had made a press conference
dated on May 19th, 2005 but only The Star and The China Press attended
my complaints. Unfortunately The Star didn't published my complaint
at all due to the relationship with their client but The China Press
did published the article on May 20th, 2005 at the second page.
Within the article contents, the explanation by Mr. Khor Hai Peng,
the Assistant Vice President-Security Division had defamated me
and accused me for having affairs with various matter which is not
true (I believe that the Newspaper is siding the RWB).
I believe that the attachment will explain everything and I had
various questions that I want to rise in the complaints that RWB
never answers based on my police reports and my 1st letter to them.
1. What happen to the crime persons who robbed and stabbed me, no
news since the incidents? Are this both person jail or not, or it
is totally close? No court case at all, never ask me to go to the
court for witnessing? I had went to Bentong District Police Station,
they said no news on the crime or jail.
2. Is the whole Genting Highland under the RWB and Genting Group,
a private property which gazzette to them? If yes, then the road,
parking and etc, should be manage under their care. So the safety
of the publics/tourists must be protected, why are me not protected?
By the way, in their letter, they admitted it happen in their place.
3. Is the police station in Genting Highland active or non-active?
Why the investigation never be done and inform me the status of
the case as it keep silence all the way.
4. Is RWB responsible on the damage create on the newspaper and
the incident happen in their place?
I hope that you could review the documents as attached for the justification
on incidents. As requested, please don't published my face, if possible
and my girlfriend don't want the publicity. Moreover, I hope that
you could release the news in the paper to be aware that Genting
Highland still not the safe place to visit and go.
