Karen O’Hara Joins Business Process Outsourcing Firm
As Account Manager for BCBSNC Print Services

Morrisville, NC – Susan Cotter, Vice President of Healthcare Services for Blue Cross Blue Shield at Active Data Services, a business process outsourcing firm, has announced that Karen O’Hara has joined the firm as Account Manager for Blue Cross Blue Shield Print Services. In this position, O’Hara oversees a significant portion of the print and mail fulfillment services that Active Data Services performs for
BCBSNC. Prior to joining the firm O’Hara was a contracts administrator at Flowserve Corporation during which she reviewed contracts to ensure that they met all United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission guidelines.
