To have a successful affiliate program Merchants must recruit super affiliates and
to do this they are offering them higher commission rates then the average
affiliate. While this does not seem to be fair it does make sense, after all the
super affiliate generates 80% of the traffic (Super affiliates generate triple digit
hits, daily) to their websites and therefore most of the sales.
