The masterful Mizon, Archangel of the powerful Angel Network realises that only the help of his two teenage angels, Alexandra Trott and Milly Dalmini will stop a new and dastardly plot which is aimed at the youth of the 21st century. The weapon of this evil plot centres on a sinister substance known as emuti, concocted by the fearsome witchdoctor Emambo and the loathsome Underworld leader Tiboltious. It is up to Alex and Milly, in their respective schools, to uncover the plot and its terrifying substance and to try and prevent the ghastly consequences.
Both angels face petrifying personal ordeals as they battle the young demons they encounter. Alex's human upbringing reveals a vulnerable streak in her as she comes face to face with the charms of the super cool Jason Copely and Milly stands alone against the power of a gang of demons who are determined to rid their world of angels once and for all.
The danger increases as the adult demons, who hold positions of power in the modern world, step in and the Angel Network is forced to use all its might to fight the dark forces in front of them. Will Alex and Milly help the Network to succeed or will darkness prove too powerful even for the angel world?
About the Author: Julia North was born in South Africa and emigrated to the UK in 2000. She holds a cum laude BA Honours degree and is presently a Head of Religious Studies in the UK. Prior to this she was a Head of History and teacher of English. She has also taught Speech and Drama, been a professional actress and done a myriad of other jobs in the architectural, commercial and marketing fields. Although she has published two academic works this is her first children's novel. Julia lives and teaches in Wiltshire in the UK. She is married with a 15 year-old daughter.
