Press Release Body = iRondo reverses the trend of complex and expensive image
handling software. It is amazingly simple to operate, requiring next to no training.
iRondo automates many routine imaging tasks that previously required multiple
software products, or took up many hours of tedious labor. iRondo offers production

How is it so easy to use? The iRondo IS user interface is based on task specific
profiles, which configure the user interface precisely for the task at hand. Profile
and configuration settings are automatically preserved for the next run.

iRondo can be invoked on demand, on schedule or it can continually monitor a
directory for incoming images scanners or fax servers.

Profiles
Each profile is like a complete application that performs from beggining to end a
single, common imaging task. Profiles specify a simple workflow that starts with an
image directory, applies the desired processing to it, and produces an output
directory, with TIFF or PDF files. iRondo profiles include the following
capabilities:


Batch (group) images together based on their coverpage barcode value
Rename every file based on its own specific barcode value
Create a database update file of all the barcodes encountered in images


Prep images for delivery and archiving (automatically deskew, despeckle, rotate,
remove borders, correct resolution)


Merge all the image files into one, multipage image file


Split all the image files into a single page image file
