Parents with children ages 8 and older are invited to experience the newest fitness trend created in California called "Train-Like-Sport". Originally developed for professional athletes to stay in shape and heighten athleticism, the fitness regimen has recently been adapted for fitness enthusiasts of all ages and all levels. The popular training philosophy focuses less on traditional fitness equipment and more on a fast-paced simulation of sport activity driven by a participating coach. The CATZ system matches the chaotic nature of sport and mimics its continually changing environment where a participant is required to react instantly, adjust to verbal and visual cues and respond immediately.
