Press Release Summary = On November 20th, three Delphi Academy of Los Angeles
alumni, as part of the band Minus Me, walked away with first place in the Battle of
the Bands at the House of Blues in Anaheim, California.

Press Release Body = On November 20th, three Delphi Academy of Los Angeles alumni
(Alix Smith, Lead Singer and Rhythm Guitar; Max Shereshevsky, Drums and Vocals; Matt
Malm, Lead Guitar and Vocals), as part of the band Minus Me, walked away with first
place in the Battle of the Bands at the House of Blues in Anaheim, California. They
won an all-expenses-paid trip to Park City, Utah in December where they will get to
open for the band Saosin in front of hundreds of high school kids.

There were over seventy-five bands that submitted their songs to an
organization called SWAT (Summer Winter Action Tours) to compete in this Battle, and
only seven were chosen, Minus Me amongst them. The bands were to be judged on crowd
response, originality, stage performance and sound quality.

At the end of their act, the emcee stated, \"Definitely a Top
Contender, Definitely...\", and all of the ten judges that were up on the balcony
were giving Minus Me a standing ovation. After their
performance, they were approached by a scout for Epitaph, Cornerstone
and Columbia Records.

The end result of the Battle was posted on the SwatUp.com website
(http://www.swatup.com) two days later: "1st Place - Minus Me from Crescenta Valley
HS and Delphi Academy\".
