Kuitwaard of ZeroNine Racing have joined forces and are proud to announce the
formation of
P1-MotorSports, Mazdaspeed Pro MX-5 Cup Racing. P1-MotorSports based in Connecticut,
with offices in Long Island, NY, will compete in the 2006 SCCA Pro Racing Mazda MX-5
Cup Presented by Hankook tires. The 8 televised races will bring all of the
competitors to some of North America\'s most exciting races tracks like Lime Rock
Park, Mid-Ohio, Road America, Miller Motorsports Park, and Road Atlanta.

The competition promises to be fierce in the new series that utilizes Mazda's all
new 2006 MX-5 (Miata). The series will be an excellent example of true spec racing
where the cars will be controlled by utilizing sealed engines and transmissions, as
well as spec suspension packages and Hankook racing tires. All of the parts required
to build the cars will be purchased directly through Mazdaspeed, Mazda's own
Motorsports division.

Team Principals Ben Hohn and John Kuitwaard will drive 2 of the 6 cars that will be
campaigned by P1-Motorsports. Ben and John have both successfully competed in the
former version of the SCCA Pro Miata series. P1-Motorsports currently has several
open positions for fully funded drivers interested in participating in the series.
Drivers interested in competing as part of the P1-Motorsports team can choose from
several levels of support, ranging from transportation to and from the races, arrive
and drive services including full track side support, to full build services and
rental programs. All series support, car prep and car builds will be provided by HKF
Racing, www.hkfracing.com, an experienced Spec Miata specialist, in conjunction with
P1-MotorSports. Drivers interested in more information should contact
