WLT is proud to introduce our latest module - MediFaxASP. MediFaxASP is an automated, real-time, on-demand faxback system for providers and plan members. This unique system sends real-time eligibility, deductible, out of pocket and co-pay/co-insurance information, as well as claim status and a schedule of benefits. This automated system is designed to handle 80-90% of inbound provider calls for a Health Plan Administrator.
The Third Party Administrator or employer simply creates a menu item on their inbound phone message that says, \"If you are a provider and would like to access our automated MediFax system, press 7 now...\" The phone system then dials our toll-free number and prompts the provider to input their fax number, tax ID and the member ID. In as little as 45 seconds, they receive a two to three page fax with the plan member\'s information.
