Writing this newsletter is going to be fun as I was a journalist before I began
Fertile Mind to bring Belly Belt, the maternity wear solution, to the world in 1998.
Back then my business partner Peter Hooker and I were running the company from a
room in my house and keeping boxes of maternity wear in between the bikes in our
garage. I had very little business acumen and spent a lot of time asking successful
business owners and advisors for help. Most did, and I am very grateful for their
support.
Now we have a growing range of maternity clothes, nursingwear and pregnancy
accessories to help a modern woman enjoy her pregnancy and early months of
motherhood. All our maternity wear and nursingwear has been tried and loved by
either myself (I now have three children) or my friends.
We want you to be happy too, so we back up our sales with an exchange or refund
service (subject to our terms and conditions).
Of course, there's nothing like touching or trying on maternity clothes yourself so
I would encourage you to look up the maternity store nearest you. We have thousands
of stockists worldwide. Simply click through to the retail outlets section for the
