biggest government lie yet that you are really an organ donor?

No hospital or transplant center will honor your wishes unless they obtain family
member's approval. Now look at some obvious things first. Your spouse has just
been notified that you were involved in a horrible accident and are brain dead.

. Even though you signed a donor card believing that your wishes will be
fulfilled all doctors fearing being sued want your next of kin's permission in
writing.
. You have children and a spouse all of whom may have differences of opinions about
organs being removed from their loved one so no one makes a decision or if one does

would encourage real organ donor transplantation and not leave the next of kin with
additional traumatic decisions.
I proposed that the US Government offer to every adult a $10,000.00 FREE LIFE
INSURANCE POLICY
In the event that upon their demise their organs would be transplanted successfully
thus saving potentially 4 other lives.
The policy would be signed and witnessed by one or more family members while the
donor was alive and fully aware of what he/she was doing and authorizing, therefore
no \'later\' decision would have to be made.
Since being brought on the floor at sub committee hearings nothing has occurred and
countless thousands of people\'s lives have been lost because I DO NOT HAVE A
LOBBYIST courting Congress.
