His new website, www.publicangel.com, works exactly like a dating site - by letting buyers and sellers put on a profile and search for matches, and best of all, the services are all free.
Those with properties can upload photos and profiles and will receive e-mails with details of prospective buyers or tenants. If you are looking for a home you can even save your favourite searches so you don't have to keep filling in the information every time you visit. Properties can be searched by type, region, price and so on and you will be e-mailed as soon as a new property matching your needs is registered.
The site also offers a free property newsletter to registered users so if you are in the property business, trying to move, selling a home, or looking for a tenant, go to www.PublicAngel.com and make the most of the UK's latest little angelic helpers! They will accept donations towards the cost of running the site but you don't have to if you don't want to. Nilesh says: "Of course it would be lovely if users could contribute a little something, particularly if they have sold a property through us, but we chose the name publicangel to reflect that this site is here to help people, free of charge."
