Press Release Body = NJ (January 20, 2006) The Association of Contingency Planners
(ACP) announces the one-year anniversary of the chartering of the Garden State
Chapter. ACP provides business continuity professionals in the New Jersey area the
opportunity to network and continue their business continuity education. The
anniversary will be celebrated in connection with the regularly scheduled meeting on
February 9 (to be held at the Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ) and
will feature Edward S. Devlin, a leading consultant, author, instructor and speaker
in the disaster recovery/business continuity industry, as the featured speaker.

“The first year saw membership grow to more than 50 members and the chapter
looks forward to 2006 and continued growth. The New Jersey area has many
organizations whose Contingency Planner would gain valuable experience, education
and make additional contacts in the area that could prove of great benefit,
especially to some of the younger Planners” said Al Rennick, President of the
Garden State chapter.

\"Our members are involved within their communities and businesses and provide a
valuable service, representing both large, medium and small organizations as well as
government in New Jersey. 2005 was a great beginning for our chapter and we are
planning more educational and interesting meetings next year\" continued Mr. Rennick.
\"I am proud to be part of one of the fastest growing ACP chapters and to be of
service to business continuity professionals for everyone’s benefit, whether
it be the family, the community, or businesses. By sharing our experience and
knowledge we all end up stronger and better prepared.\"
