The gifted rapper, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer is the Atlanta-based indie\'s first signing to its roster. Although the U.S. will be on a first-name basis with Pretty Boy (a.k.a. Eloy Perez) when Underground Code X Records releases his debut, Certified Pimp (crunk version) single, in winter of 2006, the barely-18-year-old phenom is heir apparent to the Ramon Garcia throne as grandson. Ramon Garcia played with EL Trio band in the 1960\'s in NYC. The album title, release date and promotional tour schedule will be announced in the near future.
