February 28, 2006 - Cincinnati, OH - After growing from $30 million in sales in 1996
to $300 million in 2005 Champion Window is expanding again.

Champion Window, the privately owned, 53 year old manufacturer of replacement
Windows, patio rooms and entry doors, will invest $3.5 million in 2006 to increase
manufacturing capacity and allow for their introduction of their color window
system.

Champion's window division will expand its capacity 28% with new glass handling and
vinyl welding equipment at their 500,000 square foot manufacturing campus in
Sharonville, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati.

Champion's expansion will have a double impact on Ohio's economy because the
American-made glass handling equipment was purchased from GED Integrated Solutions
based in Twinsburg, Ohio.

Champion's door division, that serves 57 Champion locations across the country with
steel and fiberglass entry door systems, has purchased new paint line equipment and
will relocate to a new 50,000 sq. ft. facility on Champion's campus. This expansion
will dramatically improve the speed and flexibility of its custom painting process.

"We've been in very tight quarters for the past year," says Dan Hartenstein, General
Manager of Champion's Door division. "This new line will accelerate many of our
coating processes. We have doubled our annual production in our current facilities
and this additional space and equipment will decrease order turnaround time by 50%.
It will also give us room to grow and to add new products."
