"Florida's Super Singer" Saturday, February 11, at 7 p.m., live on Local 6 WKMG.
Pearlman, along with a panel of judges, will select the top two finalists and then
the viewers will vote via Local 6's website to choose the winner. The winner will
receive an all expenses paid trip to Las Vegas to perform at the Planet Hollywood
Resort & Casino.


The show will also feature a special performance by Jordan Knight, formerly of New
Kids on the Block. Knight released his sophomore solo EP in October 2005 on Trans
Continental Records. The first single \"Where Is Your Heart Tonight\" is a Top 25 hit
on the Billboard Adult Contemporary Charts and is still climbing the charts.


Pearlman has carved out a distinctive niche in the music industry with a clear focus
on discovering and developing pop recording artists. He established Trans
Continental Companies in 1975 and launched his first record label Trans Continental
Records in 1990. Trans Continental Records' first artist, the Backstreet Boys,
catapulted the label into the spotlight of the world music scene, selling more than
