"People who subscribe to RichSuiteT will be able to do so at a special introductory rate until February 25, 2006," says A.M. (Kevin) Khan, a Richer Components spokesperson. "They will receive all eight components, including two new ones based on AJAX technology that allow developers to add live help and fuzzy search capability to a site. The third new component provides validation controls with built-in security; this is one that people have really been waiting for. We're excited about the capabilities that the newly updated RichSuite delivers."
With the addition of a subscription model comes improved tech support for Richer Components customers. All new RichSuiteT subscribers will receive premium tech support, where any tech support questions posted to their new tracking site are answered within eight hours, subscribers can access live help during business hours, and receive updates and hotfixes free from their customer support area.
Finally, Richer Components announced their upcoming newsletter, Components BUZZ. The first issue of the newsletter will be going out in mid-February, 2006, and is expected to become quickly popular, in part because of its feature articles that highlight information provided by well-known industry experts. "MSDN Regional Director Scott Hanselman gave us an interview for issue one," says Khan, "and not only did he discuss Vista, WinFX and AJAX, and how they will affect the .NET developer community, but he shares free tools with readers. I think Components BUZZ will really create a 'buzz' in the industry."
