Press Release Body = The next step of the program launched by TEAM management, which is aimed at getting professional training by each TeamInfo, Team International and TRS employee, has its results. On January 29, 2006, three Ukrainian specialists from TEAM International went to Corporate Headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida for professional training and improving their managerial skills. Anatoly, one of the three, a Software Team Leader at TEAM International, was back to Kharkiv on February 10. After the intensive training in corporate internal processes, Anatoly now has got a clearer idea of how the projects performed by Team International are administrated from TeamInfo office. Communicating with the TeamInfo managers and customers Anatoly saw "the other" side of the communication processes between TeamInfo managers and Team International employees. The experience he has got now is of great importance for him as a team leader in the process of organizing the communication between the Kharkiv IT team and the managers in the USA office as well as communication of the Kharkiv team and USA customers. The two weeks that he spent at the TeamInfo Florida office, Anatoly was actually working as the manager of the project that he and his team work on in Kharkiv. So he was able to see some issues so to say "from inside" which will no doubt contribute to his successful managing the projects within his team. Anatoly was also focusing on the issue of internal time planning within a project. As he indicates "One of the first things we could adopt from our American colleagues is their ability to distribute the time of the working day. Being at the TeamInfo Florida office I felt that rigid "mechanism" that organizes the work for the whole day. I am going to use the experience of my trip with the most profit for the work of my team".
