Over the last 17 years, Lectrotherm has developed an excellent reputation in the aftermarket repair and replacement of melting furnaces and electromagnetic stirring fixtures. In recent years, Lectrotherm has expanded to provide capital equipment to non-traditional induction markets. Effective December 23rd, 2005 Ajax TOCCO Magnethermic has purchased the assets of Premelt Systems in Canton, Ohio. As a premier supplier to the aluminum wheel industry, Premelt Systems designs and services integrated metal scrap cleaning and processing systems worldwide. Effective January 5, 2006, Foundry Services located in Hemer, Germany has merged its operation with Ajax TOCCO Magnethermic GmbH. This company has developed a strong reputation in melting furnace repair throughout continental Europe. Foundry Services will continue to operate in its present location in Hemer, Germany and expand into an existing Ajax TOCCO service center in Sinsheim, Germany. ##################
