Press Release Body = Florida Lawyer Teaches Other Lawyers, Public How to Handle
Hurricane Damage Insurance Claims

Pensacola, FL - March 20, 2006 - On February 24, 2006, Pensacola attorney Samuel
Bearman spoke to the Southern Trial Lawyers Association on how to handle insurance
claims related to hurricane damage.

Bearman\'s presentation, Hurricane Damage Insurance Claims was well attended
primarily because of his reputation on hurricane law, and also because of last
year\'s record hurricane season - and an even more active one anticipated this year.

"In the last few years, a lot of attention has been given to hurricane law. For one
thing, most lawyers have no idea how to handle these cases and are scrambling to
learn. and secondly. insurance companies have become increasingly uncooperative when
it comes to paying their insureds for the hurricane damage," Bearman states.

"That\'s why I am frequently asked to give the \'hurricane talk,\'" he adds.

Bearman\'s law practice is experiencing unprecedented growth, mainly due to the over
100 hurricane cases he is currently handling.

Bearman, who represented over 50 clients with hurricane claims in 1995 after
Hurricane Opal, and 100 cases after Hurricane Ivan, represents home owners, business
owners, condo owners (and condo associations) and boat owners related to hurricane
damage claims. He has prepared a free special report called, 12 Things You Should
Know When Filing a Hurricane Damage Claim.

To receive the free report. or to schedule an interview, speaking engagement
or consultation with Mr. Bearman, call (850) 438-1000.
