online, while utilising new technologies to enrich the user experience."

The service is completely free, and landlords can list as many properties as they
wish - tenants simply browse the easy-to-use website and contact the landlords
directly. Property adverts can be activated and deactivated as necessary, making
it easy for landlords and agents to manage online advertising for their entire
portfolio of properties.

The service makes use of cutting edge technologies - the houses are viewable on
interactive maps powered by the new "Google Maps" system and searches are available
as RSS feeds, so you can receive details of new houses as they become available.
The Team is dedicated to the constant improvement of SimpleLets, with plans to
introduce further features, detailing local features such as train stations
alongside property listings.
