According to Alba Spectrum spokesman Andrew Karasev MS CRM Lotus connector is helping large corporate and non-profit client to preserve their investment into IBM Lotus Notes licenses. Typical situation - corporation decides to upgrade reasonable portion of its computer document management and workflow system: Sales department is now on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, while legal and customer service department remain use Lotus custom databases. In this case company has to stick to Lotus Domino email server and Alba Spectrum MS CRM Lotus connector enables the integration of two CRM solutions: Microsoft CRM and IBM Lotus
As our previous version of the connector - new one requires you to be on Lotus Notes Domino 6.0 or higher version - these versions support Java Agents, utilized by the connector.
