emphasis should be shifted to the companies, providing not just pure offshore
support: software development, customizations, extensions, reporting, but to the
hybrid Oracle partners, who does Oracle E-Business Suite implementation in their
respected countries and regions. Consideration should be given to the consulting
experience, not just pure offshore software development formalization.
. Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation. Considering OEBS orientation to the
Corporate market and complexity of the Oracle Applications verticals, we assume that
Oracle E-Business Suite clients expect consultants to travel to their Headquarters
