Organization Seeks to Connect Cultures through Commerce
The Multicultural Business Council was formed today to create a business world with minds opened to appreciate the unique needs, wants, and desires of diverse customers and employees.
\"We see a business world that fully understands their role in the multicultural world,\" says William Kaafarani, President of the new organization.
\"It is a world that recognizes the impact culture plays in what we purchase and how we individually contribute to work teams,\" adds Rick Weaver, Chief Operations Officer.
The new organization will bring together a wide range of cultures through networking events, business and cultural Expos, international tours, educational programs, and certification programs.
William Kaafarani has incorporated and managed companies in health care, consulting, and investment banking. He has 10 years of financial consulting and general management experience, working with affluent investors, enterprises, and entrepreneurs and the United States and overseas. William is an inventor who holds two co-patents in the fillet health-care interactive solutions. He launched the Rx on Wheels network that has served thousands of homebound patients nationwide.
Rick Weaver has vast experience in business management and consulting in retail, market analysis, supply-chain enhancement, project and team management, and process improvement. Rick is found at multiple successful nonprofit and for-profit businesses including the leadership consulting company Max Impact (http://www.getmaximpact.com). He has worked with hundreds of companies to increase market share and build business.
The Multicultural Business Council is a membership organization in which members enjoy a variety of services including programs to build multicultural awareness for marketing and employment and discounts for special events.
