The initial release of Web TimeOff in October 2005 was greeted with overwhelming success as many organizations sought to improve their employee paid time off processing capabilities. Request Time Off in Hours or Days . Increased flexibility in time off requests allow hourly increments as well as full days.
View your team's Approved Time Off requests . You can now define a broader selection of employees whose approved time off requests are visible within the calendar. Just use the category and group settings to define your shared team of employees.
Define a maximum time off "carry-over" amount . You can now specify a maximum for the number of days that will be rolled over from the old period to the new one for each time off type.
Define multiple rates for each time off type . Web TimeOff now provides support for time off types such as vacations where accrual entitlements change after specific levels of seniority are reached. With a one time setup, administrators can specify multiple settings, with appropriate effective dates for each. The Web TimeOff accrual calculations will automatically switch to the corresponding setting as the effective dates occur.
