DRESA Contadores Públicos - now rebranded as Russell Bedford Tijuana - has offices located in the Zona del Río business district of Tijuana, five minutes from the US border, just south of San Diego, and ten minutes from the main maquiladora (manufacturing / assembly facility) development.

DRESA was established as a public accounting firm in 1962. It is now owned and managed by Roberto Encinas III. Ramon Marcial, whose expertise is in audit, is also a qualified public accountant and a principal with the firm.
