Mr. Alexander has held senior strategic M&A and operational roles in Europe, Asia and Australia. More recently he represented Yahoo! on the boards of Seek Communications and CarSales.com.au.
He recently retired as Chairman of the Internet Industry Association (IIA) in Australia, but remains a Director of that organisation. The IIA represents around 80% of the commercial activity online in Australia and members include all major ISPs, Telcos, mobile phone networks, publishers, e-commerce groups, as well as major banks and IT suppliers.
