The Designer\'s Coach Seminar explains that there are six reasons why design and
decorating businesses fail. They are: misguided leadership, uncooperative teamwork,
haphazard marketing, amateur selling, faulty client fulfillment and a lack of a
pricing strategy. The seminar program will focus on solutions to these problems by
focusing on six coaching modules, each one dedicated to important aspects of
creating a successful value based business. They are Leadership, Management,
Marketing, Selling, Delivery, and Pricing.

In the fifth module, we will create ways that will prevent problems because you will
create flawless client fulfillment systems.
The Negotiation Coach
Finally in the sixth module, you will examine how you price out your products and
services. You will learn effective negotiation skills.
