Press Release Body = The Multicultural Business Council announced today that it will
hold a Multicultural Franchise Expo on Saturday, June 17 in the Detroit, Michigan,
market.

"Southeastern Michigan is ready for a franchise explosion!" says Rick Weaver, Chief
Operations Officer. "With one of America\'s most diverse populations, a unique
economic situation rampant with long-term employees gaining instant wealth through
corporate buyouts by Delphi, GM, Ford, EDS, and others, people in the metropolitan
area are getting a cash infusion that spells a virtual gold mine for franchisers."

Participating franchising companies will be able to introduce their opportunity to
investors from Detroit\'s diverse cultural population.

"Any franchisor seeking minorities as future owners or that have products targeted
to specific age, nationality, lifestyle, or religious cultures," adds Weaver.

The Expo will feature a variety of speakers talking about selecting a franchise,
getting started, running the franchise once it opens, and other information
important to successful business. The Expo will also have a display center with
opportunities to meet with many franchising organizations.

Franchising organizations should contact William Kaafarani, MBC president, at (313)
279-0552 if they are interested in participating in this Expo.

The Multicultural Business Council was formed earlier this year with a vision to
connect cultures through commerce. Among the services offered by the MBC is the
certification of businesses, communities, schools, and individuals as being truly
multicultural. MBC Certification signifies a full understanding of the importance
of cultures and the need to address specific cultural needs and desires as an
employer and as a seller of goods and services.

About the Multicultural Business Council: MBC is a membership organization based
near Detroit, Michigan. Its purpose is to connect cultures through commerce. The
organization offers certification programs, events, cultural trips, and other venues
to increase awareness and appreciation of the multiple cultures that make America
the great country that it is. For more information about the Multicultural Business
Council, visit www.mbc-usa.org .
