Press Release Body = IDC International Development Corporation (TM) has received approval, to proceed in the registration of its subsidiary company IDIC International Development Insurance Corporation, - to be licensed as captive / reinsurance insurance underwritter, undertaking short - to medium term trade riks, financial riks & commercial risk (speciality risk) undertakings for existing IDC clients and projects.
IDIC shall be registered with its respective initial paid up capital of 25 Million EUR, whereby risk allocations exceeding 5 % of its total paid up capital shall be additionally reinsured through a AA´rated correspondent reinsurance carrier. Additionally IDIC shall offer to its clients a unique Investment Bond program, under which fixed term investment bonds are offered in the denominations of USD / EUR and GBP, offering a reinsured yearly return of 8 - 10 %p.a., whereby same investment bond program offers an AA+ financial rating by means of a institutional bond wrap.
