The EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) Young Eagles program invites young
people between the ages of 8 and 17 to enjoy the experience of flight. The flight
is free, safe and flown by a licensed and experienced volunteer pilot whose life has
been enhanced by aviation.


The EAA chapter 790 will host Young Eagle events at the Lake In The Hills Airport on
Pyott Road on the following Saturday mornings from 9 am until approximately 12 pm
(participants must be registered before 11 am): May 13, June 10, July 15, August 19,
September 16, and October 14. Groups are welcome, however, each child's parent must
complete and sign their registration form. While pre-registration is not required,

While not everyone who participates in the Young Eagles program becomes a pilot, the
experience of flight is guaranteed to give each participant a new perspective on
their world. It may even inspire each child to realize that when it comes to human
potential, there are no limits.
