Local Chandler Women Get \"SUPERSIZED\" Personal Training

If you haven\'t already heard, there\'s an outdoor fitness camp for women that\'s
catching on like wildfire. It\'s the brainchild of Chandler personal trainer Eric
Gelder.

Chandler, AZ - June 7, 2006

If you\'re tired of going to the gym or just aren\'t motivated to get the results
you\'re after, then why not take your exercise program outdoors? That\'s exactly what
chandler personal trainer Eric Gelder did. Being in the fitness industry for over
14 years and having logged over 11,000 training sessions with clients, Eric decided
he\'d venture to the great outdoors to get his clients in shape.

According to Eric, \"There\'s a big misconception that\'s been going on for a while in
the fitness industry, especially in the machine based gyms and health clubs.\" That
misconception, he stated, is one of \"specializing\". As Eric puts it, there\'s no
real world application to isolation exercises done on machines. In other words, his
philosophy is one of total body fitness.

All of the Chandler Boot Camp workouts encompass exercises that train the whole
body. Upper and lower body exercises are mixed in with short bursts of intervals
involving anything from sprints to jumping jacks and even skipping. The idea is to
get the cardiovascular training in while performing strength training exercises for
a total conditioning effect. This, according to Eric, is a much more efficient
result producing workout.

\"If you\'re a stay-at home mom or a college athlete, the program shouldn\'t and
doesn\'t change, only the amount of work you do\", Eric said. His approach completely
avoids specializing and focuses on using your entire body for most exercises.
According to Meg, a local boot camp resident, \"It\'s not easy, but after my first
month of boot camp, I lost over 7 inches and 4% body fat!\"
