Press Release Body = The Multicultural Business Council (MBC) will be hosting a
Multicultural Franchise Expo at the Dearborn Heights, Michigan, campus of Henry Ford
Community College on Saturday, August 26, 2006.

"This Franchise Expo is unique as it is focused on companies that have made a
commitment to multicultural franchisees and customers," says Rick Weaver, Chief
Operations Officer of MBC.

Southeastern Michigan is ready for a franchise explosion! With one of America\'s most
diverse populations, a unique economic situation rampant with long-term employees
gaining instant wealth through corporate buyouts by Delphi, GM, Ford, EDS, and
others, people in the metropolitan area are getting a cash infusion that spells a
virtual goldmine for franchisers.

In addition the booths operated by representatives from some of America\'s leading
franchise companies, participants will be able to hear speakers talk about important
subjects, including:
ä the legal aspects of franchising
ä how to select a franchise
ä how to staff your new business
ä forming local alliances to boost and support business
ä how to work on the business, instead of in the business

"We are looking for any franchisor seeking minorities as future owners or that have
products targeting specific age, nationality, lifestyle, or religious cultures as
exhibitors in this Expo," adds Weaver.

The Multicultural Business Council has formed alliances with key organizations
promoting the Expo for those that are ready, willing, and able to start their own
business within the next two years.

Henry Ford Community College\'s Dearborn Heights campus is located at 22586 Ann Arbor
Trail.
