Brits need to protect their mortgage

Released on = July 15, 2006, 1:09 am

Press Release Author = Shakespeare Finance Ltd

Industry = Financial

Press Release Summary = So it is the responsibility of the people to get their
mortgage insured to protect their families and homes. In this connection it may be
mentioned that there are a number of mortgage insurance policies to cover mortgage
payments in the event of unemployment.

Press Release Body = A good number of people in the UK have the impression that
their mortgage will be paid off by the government if they fail. Observing this trend
the government urged the Brits to "make it their responsibility to ensure that their
families and homes are protected"

London (bad-credit-mortgage-choice) July 13, 2006: A new research has revealed that
many people in the UK are "living with a false sense of security", thinking that the
government will take care of their mortgage in case they become unemployed.

According to Ian Noble, the head of strategic partnership at Lincoln Financial
Group, "millions of people" are subject to this illusion. Mortgage relief in the UK
has been abandoned 11 years back. But figures from Lincoln show that 3.85 million
Brits believe that it does exist even now.

Surprisingly the group's study indicates that more than three million people do not
know how their mortgage will be repaid if they become unemployed. The government is
not going to pay for the citizens' mortgage in the event of unemployment, told by
Mr. Noble. It will put the Brits in further danger because there is no alternative
to mortgage relief.

So it is the responsibility of the people to get their mortgage insured to protect
their families and homes. In this connection it may be mentioned that there are a
number of mortgage insurance policies to cover mortgage payments in the event of
unemployment.
