Encounter or extra-judicial killing Whatever you name, it is wrong

Released on = July 6, 2006, 10:59 pm

Press Release Author = Shamim Chowdhury

Industry =

Press Release Summary = Bangladesh is becoming a danger for law-abiding citizen who
wants to see rule of law taking shape.

Press Release Body = Under the present BNP-JAMAT (Fascist militant Islamic
organization) four party alliances, there has been numerous report of extra judicial
killing. The number of killing probably crossed over thousand in the year 2006
alone.

A good number of these extra judicial killing happened against recorded criminals.
Question is not whether criminals are targeted or not. Question lies whether in this
civilized world one can support these extra judicial killing without proper
investigation and avoiding law of the land. The number of killing by government Para
military forces alarmingly crossing the limit to engrave their name permanently as
forces of evil of all time.
Thanks.
