How about the corruption of the opposition party? It was never mentioned in his report. His list should contain the names of some of them too. Does he know how much money did the politicians from the opposition lawmakers made sitting at the left side of the bench? Does he know how many of Awami League MPs bought properties or flat in New York? The truth will come out if proper inquiries are made! They are the most corrupted opposition members in the world who took all their salaries and allowances without attending the parliament sessions or contributing anything positive to the people of Bangladesh. While they were in power their corruption was either not less than the present government. Even though Tareq Rahman and his friends are doing corruption and increasing their bank balances, the opposition parties are doing more harm to the general people by imposing strikes or 'hartal' and other destructive programmes. What benefit could they bring to the nation, except bringing sufferings to the people? Does Dr. Snowman know what is the total loss to the nation in one day\'s hartal ? Who are the most affected by such programmes?
In fact majority of politicians in Bangladesh are corrupted, either they are from BNP, BAL or Jamat. None of them has any vision to develop the country except increasing their own bank balance. No one cares about the country and its laws. Even the honorary opposition leader (Hasina) doesn\'t dare to ask people to take law in their own hands and pledge to kill the police members who are now following the orders of current government! Where is the law and order in the country? What a shame for a country to have such kind of leader!!!!
