This Collections HealthCheck will provide CrediMax with the opportunity to review their credit card portfolio and ensure that their collections are running at maximum efficiency. During this assignment, PIC Solutions experienced consultants will conduct a HealthCheck on the organisation's current collections environment to ensure that existing provisioning and collections policies are aligned with their current strategies.
