Trouble In The High Yield Henhouse

Released on = July 13, 2006, 5:59 pm

Press Release Author = Templar Bond

Industry = Small Business

Press Release Summary = Lawsuits were filed against SolidInvestment, VIPInv and RJH
International, sparking a concern that the online high yield world is under attack.

Here\'s what\'s really going on.

Press Release Body = Various pundits on the Internet are claiming the sky is falling
in on
the high yield investment world.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The fact is that some people who claim to have been defrauded of money
in various high yield programs went to a lawyer to see what could be done.

It was coincidence that all three went to Michael Bruzzese, a Pittsburgh
lawyer who is familiar with e-currencies and cybermoney.

Mr. Bruzzese was the one who successfully issued a supoena to freeze the
accounts of 3 high yield programs that were not paying as promised.

Solid Investment, VIP Invest, and RJH International had suits filed against them.

He says it is \"simply rediculous\" to think he could ever shut down every
high yield scam that opened up. There\'s simply not enough time in the day.

It\'s true that dozens of new scams are started each day, and they target
individuals who often spend less than $5,000. These small amounts mean
law officials and the courts have no interest in these cases...unless
everyone gets together.

Starting a lawsuit against a high yield program operator is not trivial - it needs
people who claim to be defrauded, and who have factual data to back up
their claim. It also takes resources - lawyers, judges, and law enforcement, among
others. There is no doubt that online scams will survive and prosper.

In contrast to the world of online scams, there are real high yield programs
that are real, and have been paying members for many years. These will
not be targeted, because there are no individuals who have been defrauded.

While online scams will continue, the high yield world
can sleep a little better, thanks to the efforts of Mr. Bruzzese.
