Recent San Diego Homes Sales Up

The Sandicor, Inc. Multiple Listing Service of San Diego County, California reported
that the number of new home listings has increased since the start of 2006, along
with the number of closed sales, which was up to 2,903.

The value of closed home sales in the San Diego area has also increased in that time
period up to $1,819,013,802. This report includes all types of properties including
detached single family homes, attached townhouses and condos, mobile homes and lots.


"While the real estate market may be slowing down from the speed of previous years,
San Diego Real Estate Information is still seeing full price offers and steady
sales," said owner of San Diego Real Estate Information, Brian Yui. "I don\'t see any
of the negative changes affecting long term homes sales in the San Diego, California
area any time soon."

Many areas of San Diego County are continuing to see a rise sales and median prices
according to May 2006 statistics from DataQuick Real Estate News. La Jolla,
California experienced a large percent increase in resale home sales from May 2005,
while areas such as Encinitas and Poway had large increases in new home sales.
