Press Release Body = You may worry about gaining weight after you have quit smoking
and resort to dieting. This may be an issue because people go through crash diets to
lose the weight which will also present another unhealthy problem other then
smoking.
It is actually a misconception that all smokers will gain a lot of weight. Actually
quitters won't gain more than ten pounds. Some just gain so little it's not
noticeable.
When you've decided to quit smoking, you will need to repair your body that has been
constantly poisoned throughout the years. You can start by making adjustments to
your food intake and diet. Not to forget exercising is always the best solution to
become healthier. This will help detoxify your system and toxics that have been in
your body.
Going on a crash diet when you quit smoking may put more stress and hurt to your
body. Diet only enables you to lose weight temporarily. If you do not exercise or
change your food diet and lifestyle, it is almost guarantee to gain back the weight.
The reason why you'll be putting weight in the first place is also because you'll
tend to eat more as your appetite will be better than previously when you're
smoking.
Choose healthier food and keep away from oily foods. Avoid junk food, fast food and
everything you know that is unhealthy. Eat more regularly and let your body slowly
adapt to the new changes.
Get consistent and enough sleep and rest. Smoking can disrupt your sleeping patterns
and needs. As soon as you quit, you'll realize you can sleep better. Take a nap in
the afternoon to give yourself a break. You can also resort to meditation.
Change your working habits if you can. Manage your time better and don't get too
stress up. Because this may even lead you back to smoking again. Balance your time
with work and play.
Because smoking has already harm and damaged your body cells, you must maintain and
healthy lifestyle and a good diet to repair and re-energize yourself.

smoking with ease without the discomfort of cravings or withdrawal symptoms.
