Island Training Offers Free, Live Introduction to Build Forge
Cutting-Edge Training Sheds Light on Cutting-Edge Technology

DURHAM, N.C., September 26, 2006 - Island Training Solutions, Inc., an IBM business
partner that provides training and mentoring for IBM® Rational® software tools, is
now selling and supporting Build Forge, a technology IBM purchased in May 2006 to
help close the gap between writing code, building an application and releasing it
into production.

"Build Forge will be a boon for software development," said Jim Herron, president of
Island Training Solutions. "Software developers can use Build Forge to assemble
existing scripts, tools and processes into repeatable tasks that eliminate human
error. And managers will appreciate Build Forge's capability to provide performance
measurement and full audit trails of all tasks."

In addition to providing Build Forge sales and support, Island Training is now
offering Introduction to Build Forge, a free, live presentation delivered remotely
via web and teleconference on Monday, October 2, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. Introduction
to Build Forge will provide a technical summary of the technology, typical
applications and benefits.

Developers who would like to test drive Build Forge can also attend Island
Training's Build Forge Workshop, a two-hour, hands-on, instructor-led workshop
delivered remotely via Island Training's virtual classroom. The Build Forge Workshop
is offered weekly, starting October 5, at no cost.

Island Training is also developing Build Forge Accelerator, an intensive five-day
training and support program for new Build Forge installations.
